Ad/Pr Case 10: Here, there, and DPWHere: Agency creatives fuel meme
Soft wares invented today are coming with a bang, they make our projects look more fabulous, they squeezed out the creativity we have in our body, it is like one of the greatest things a man could have. But it doesn’t mean that these soft wares will always be a friend to us, it can make or break or break you depending on how you will use it. Like what happened on three personnel of DP WH where they’ve showed a photo stating that they were on Roxas Boulevard where Typhoon Pedring left a big damaged even if they are not really there. Pierre San Diego pointed out that this is just edited called Adobe Photoshop and this caused the people to accused them of being liar public servants. This infamy caused other people to ruin more their reputation and post their pictures on movies, video games, tourists’ spots and even current events.
Though this act makes these public servants unrespectable, members of advertising community used this in a good way that it helps to make them known better. Some of the people make their own version of this photo are: Y&Rs’s Jay Santiago; Seven AD’s Argem Vinuya; Ace Saatchi’s Gelo Lico; Bates 141’s James Bernardo, Jason Drilon, and Noah Valdez.
